Thank you,

I think its a great article. My jealousy became so overwhelming that I sought out therapy to work on it. I appreciate how candid and many ways practical your article is.In many ways the root cause of my jealousy stems from being bullied and treated badly. Despite the care and love I experienced in relationships I never felt good enough. The change really has to be with me and its hard to admit it and always easier to become jealous.

Thank you for a great Article.

Affirmations etc. can help, but in my experience physical actions get better results that trying to "shift your mind".

Example: Think to yourself, "What would a jealous man say and do with his girlfriend?" He would probably say "hey where are you going tonight, who are you going with and what time will you be home?"

Solution to unlearn jealousy: Stop yourself from asking that question.

That's just one example but hope it clarifies.

This is a great article. I'm actually going through a few of those emotions and was trying to work on it through things like affirmations and just reassuring myself. also by telling my girlfriend (monogamous relationship) the absolute truth of how I feel. I also know that my jealousy sometimes stems from just not being experienced in relationships. I was wondering though, if you could give an example of how to work on jealousy, through your formula? Maybe it's late, but I kind of understand it and I kind of don't.

Either way, appreciate the article. I'll definitely be saving this one. Thanks!
